I'm a sixty-seven-year-old life-long cyclist. Touring, racing, both track & road, mountain biking. This is by far the best and most comprehensive book on all aspects of cycling I've ever read. Highly informative (makes sense coming from an author as credentialed as John Howard), concise and it's real world anecdotes make it even more interesting. The book reinforced things I knew, and I learned many things I didn't. If you had to buy one book on cycling this would be it. I feel limited by only being able to give it five stars.
