I’ve read this book so many times and I can honestly say it changed my life and only for the better. 5 stars and a must read if you struggle with organization

Read this early, over 2 decades ago, after ADHD-I diagnosis. For me, then a 30something, it was transformative experience. The hunter-gatherer theory of ADHD's origins and his brief explanation for why certain meditation styles may hold zero appeal to me rocked my world--to use an overused cliche. Occasionally, I still pull out to peruse, a word originally meaning to read with care.
