If you have any demons in your closet this book will help you put them to rest. The book goes into detail about so many different problems people have with relationships and sharing personal details about their lives. A must read for anyone who wants to increase their intimacy without creeping out their partner. This book taught me that I have more to share in a relationship than crap from my past, and if I have to share my crappy stuff how to constructively do it and WHEN!!!!
