The Oxford Handbook of Anaesthesia has been completely updated for the second edition. All chapters have been rewritten and a number of new expert authors have been brought on board. I read this book a long time ago when I was still in medical school in 2005-2010 (so most likely its older version). Definitely a must-read textbook for medical students, junior physicians, or medical doctors.
