This is an interesting and well thought out book that covers nutrition, exercise and well-being. There are some good recipes, however it would have been helpful if calorie and carbohydrate counts were included. There is advice about fasting and foods to avoid for good health, as well as exercise and fitness routines to suit beginners through to more experienced movers. All good information.
