5 Sarcopenia Busting Stars! Declares this 30+ years (until very recently) vegetarian/vegan 🤩.
Solidly researched and an easy read, sporting an extensive bibliography of post WWII period investigations, studies, and analyses that retain their validity to this day.
Published in 1947 so a few outdated social paradigms may be criticized by contemporary readers.
The authors address MANY issues, some controversial, others less so in an unbiased objective manner.
