Bob Whitaker was born and raised in South Carolina, went to the University of South Carolina and the University of Virginia Graduate School. He has been a college professor, international aviation negotiator, Capitol Hill senior staffer, Reagan Administration appointee, and writer for the Voice of America.

He has written numerous articles and three books. Bob now lives in Columbia, SC.

Good book. Controversial thinking.

There is one mind-spinning section where the author seems to be justifying racism on the basis of genetics, but it really is an argument that scientific study should not have to confirm to idealism or politics. I would have rated it higher if there were footnotes, endnotes, and an index.
