Rate this book
This book is one of the books of Bookworm Oxford English-Chinese Bilingual Readings. Mark Meyers has a lot of trucks. The trucks run across Europe and ship all kinds of goods to various regions. But this morning, Mark and his son Andy encountered trouble. They have a driver named Gary Slater, who has been injured in his arm and cannot drive the truck. But there happens to be a very important thing to do - a number of tables must be transported from England to France and a batch of grape wines must be transported from France to England. Fortunately, Kim Parke can help with it -- she can drive the truck. So, Kim goes to France, accompanied by Andy, Mark's son but at the same time he drives into the dangerous situation.
