Great book on the Canadian participation at Passchendaele. Does a good job of explaining why the Canadians were there in the first place and covers the battle before their arrival. Particularly brings to light the tremendous contribution of the Canadian Field Artillery. I'm embarassed to say I only got around to reading this last Spring, well worth reading.
