Takanaga Hinako (高永ひなこ) is a Japanese author of Boys' Love manga. She has also provided illustrations for several BL light novels by other authors, including The Guilty by Katsura Izumi. Her first manga story, 合格祈願 (Goukaku kigan, Prayers for a passing grade?), was published by Hanamaru Comics in 1997; it was later reworked as the first chapter of Challengers. Most of her works have been translated into foreign languages. She was a guest at YaoiCon 2007, invited by Juné, the US publishers of her popular series Little Butterfly. When not making Boys' Love manga, she spends her time collecting Wallace & Gromit merchandise and playing Final Fantasy. Takanaga doesn’t like beer and people who are ignorant.
She comments that her biggest influence on her art and writing-style was KOUGA Yun, a famous shoujo manga artist whose works she read as a teenager.
2nd read: I forgot that I hate that one, I should have looked up my review. and why do I still own this?
Ok, this one I really really didn't like. I don't know how anyone can describe this one as a love story, because for me it was about manipulation through sex, a long line of infidelity and exploiting someone's love, or better obsession, for their gain. Wow, I've never wished for an unhappy ending more than at this instance.
PS; I don't think I want to own this book anymore.
I even thought about giving it only one star. The story wasn't very good, a bit disappointed. And the characters? One is dependable, always lending the other one money and caring for him, the other one fools around and is absolutely careless. I just wanted to slap both around and leave...
I think this one is more like a 3.5, ok yes there were a lot of funny scenes but I mean even though Kouta keep doing the best for the guy he loved, Akira paid him sleeping with woman, they never really got serious, after years they were still sex friends, that's kinda sad
