Delightful - like “Einstein of Nineties”. Capitonyms. A verse made of anagrams. Brilliant collection for word lovers.

This book is not ony tremendously informative, but FUN to read. It is filled with many morsels of facts about words and language, but also anagrams, palindromes, riddles and MUCH more! This is the type of book which one usually reads periodically, rather than straight through.
Lederer has style, humor and wit.
Here is a neat example: "I am here to tell you that English is the only major language to capitalize its first-person singular pronoun. Some observers believe that such capitalization brings about a linguistic egocentrism, a sort of 'beauty is in the I of the beholder' complex. As evidence, note that I is the most frequently spoken word in English."
