Lesson Extensions: Easily Added Extensions for Busy Teachers

The workload in teaching is getting larger with the passing of each term and each year. We try to get our charges the best grades we can, yet feel we have to focus on those on the borderlines of grades for the league tables that they find so important. Maybe they are. In focusing on the middle students we often lose those more and less able, and although we have made great strides with the less able, we don't attend to those more able students that need their own support. This book is not the answer, but it is a number of extensions that I have used and personally experienced in classes as a support for learning teacher.They can also be easily added to a lesson without much extra work.
