This is sort of a "simple" business book, but it does provide a good reminder that if you approach things right, a small business doesn't have to run your life.

Good advice and great stories of how to set goals and overcome obstacles. One of my favorite quotes of his: “The only way to have a small business and a big life is to develop a strong foundation to support both. Your personal foundation consists of (1) your character, (2) your standards, (3) your morals, and (4) your ethics."
