Мені здається, що це перша книжка українською про фасилітації. Ура!

Виглядає як хороша лекція-вебінар: з прикладами, описаними інструментами, дуже докладними поясненнями (часом хотілось прям менше повторень і розʼяснень, і коротшу книжку). Автор розказує, які можуть бути помилки на різних етапах і на що звертати увагу, щоб їх уникнути. Є приклади "з життя" і пояснення, що саме робив фасилітатор і для чого.

Думаю, для тих, хто отримував сертифікат фасилітатора чи цікавився темою ширше - книжка буде досить зрозумілою (під кінець було трохи нудно), інструменти будуть не нові. Але мені були цінні приклади використання і глибші пояснення, яка ціль кожного інструмента, яка їх історія виникнення, і ніби можливість підглянути як їх використувує інший фасилітатор.
Також є достатньо посиланнь на інші книжки та дослідження.

It is a nice intruction manual on how to conduct facilitated workshops. In a step-by-step manner, the author gives all the print-outs on how to be a facilitator in two different cases and two different business requests.

Someone reading this book can take the scenario of the workshop and go to work with the group of people. They would not become facilitators, because the book does not teach a reader to be one. It just gives the blueprint on how to approach a case and structure decision making after a brainstorming session. I would call it at advanced book for someone, who already practices facilitation and is familiar with the group work, but needs additional hints and scenarios to mix it up.

Одна із небагатьох книг з фасилітації, виданих українською. Мені особисто книга допомогла краще розібратися з етапами фасилітації, оптимальними інструментами для кожного етапу, в також етапами мислення в процесі творення рішень у групах.
