Mayan sacrifice

A time when blood sacrifices were the religion for appeasing their gods. We are following Lady Jade Mirror and her turmoil of being a child of Itza (sorcerer of water), who sees visions because of her eye color. Sacrificed by her parents at a young age, the feathered serpent god Kukulkan came to her with a message to save their people. He returned her alive which shocked their people. But her task has not been met and this is where she makes her decision and it is for love. With the help of her spirit animal and guardian, B'alam, Lady makes the decision best for both her and her people. Lovely story. A stuff of legends.
