Really helpful overview of what common problems are with IBS and what digestive problems there are for all people. The recipes could have more gluten and dairy free options since those are common issues.

This was honestly very helpful to me as I have a new IBS diagnosis. It broke things down to a level of basic understanding and helped me start to understand which foods I could and could not eat. I recommend for anyone with IBS to pick this up.

Very straight forward and easy to understand. It's written by someone who has the condition, so they know firsthand what you would be dealing with. Bonus it comes with recipe ideas to make it easier to get started.

Quick and Easy Intro to IBS.

This is a quick and easy introduction to IBS. Not a deep dive into research so if quick and easy is what you want this is a good choice. I'm a vegetarian so couldn't use all the meat, seafood recipes but there are good ones without meat/fish.

I found some of this advice conflicting with other more knowledgeable sources. Some good advice in there, but I don't know if I should trust it all.
