This book helped me realize that just because you have a strategy doesn't mean it's a good one, sometimes your strategy needs a strategy.

My review

I was expecting a little more insight into strategic thinking which I could not find. However, useful for beginners as it covers end to end.

This book is an excellent and concise summary of strategic frameworks that anyone claiming to do any strategic planning work should be aware of. "Strategic Management" won't replace in depth learning or act as stand in for competency, but it will give the reader a reminder of what she learned earlier or a pointer to what she should learn in the future. Best of all, it's short and to the point; the reader can quickly identify the information she needs and continue with her busy business life.
