All around a great book. Studied it through a Phase Behavior of Petroleum Fluids course, having been taught most of the chapters, but not all of them. The book assumes you have a background in calculation methods (eg. interpolation) and conversions of various units. The book is rich with useful graphs and tables, which is what I liked most about it. I couldn't solve all of the exercises alone and had to go back to the teacher's assistant to get help on some of them, with some use of the internet for more help. Got an A at the end of the course.

A very simple and unique book. One of the best books I've read in oil industry so far.

Very simple and easy to read. I would recommend for all students looking to go into the petroleum industry. Most of the book uses the imperial units of measure while some of the graphs have densities listed as g/cc.
