"Doing My Own Thing" by Nikki Carter is book 3 in the Fab Life series. I'm totally in love with this series. I think this book is a step up, as it delves into different aspects of dating. I like how readers get the inside scoop and fans of Nikki Carter's will be enthused with how this story connects some dots. While I enjoyed this story, I felt like we have met characters that really don't have a role leaving much unsaid. I'm definitely ready for the next installment.
it's about her doing her own music without her cousin and also going to college and having her own show it was a really good book , before reading this one read the first book and the second to understand to understand the story.

I enjoyed the book it about a girl named Sunday Tollierver and up and coming star. Whose life seems to be getting better by the minue with all the glam and money. But her family issues seems to keeep geting in her way especially with her cousin Dreya and the conflict with Carlos and the gang. This book intrigued me with all the challenges that Sunday faced. This book shows how important it is to make yourslef happy and how sometimes its good to put yourself first. I love the end where Sunday realises as much as she wants to be conected with her family and be there for Dreya. She can't keep on dragging herself down for her and she has to learn to what is good for herself and the people around her. So I'm happy that the book ends with Sunday continuing to do the show in college even with evrything with Dreya and her aunt disagreeing with it.
To some extent the chart was correct although not really precise. I think the genre of he books I read is pretty board. I have read books on sports and nonfiction that I have really enjoyed but based on the table's result one would think I never pick up these types of books. Its mostly accurate because I agree I do read more fiction and drama then anything else so overall this is in a way correct.
Sunday Tolliver is a rising pop star with an album that’s just about to be released, a reality television show that’s about to premiere, and a college fund that’s growing by the day. The summer before her freshman year in college should be fabulous, but she’s got all kinds of drama going on in her life. Her “Boo and Bestie” Sam wants to take their relationship to another level, her cousin Dreya’s stage name is “Drama” for a reason, and her friend Bethany is stirring up trouble with her cousin’s boyfriend—a bad-boy rapper with some anger management problems. Sunday’s dreams are finally coming true, so why is her social life starting to feel like a nightmare? Sunday is a very strong, ambitious, sympathetic heroine. She always wants to do the right thing and stay loyal to her friends, but she has a hard time deciding when she should put herself and her dreams first. Despite her out-of-the-ordinary lifestyle, the problems she faces are easy to identify with and fun to read about.
Sunday Tolliver is a up and coming recording artist along side her cousin, Dreya. while Sunday is the sweet loveable person that everybody roots for on a tv show, Dreya is the total opposite. Living up to her stage name Drama, Dreya gives everybody that doesnt please her hell. After Sunday gets her recodn label to let Dreya come with her to Barbados for her video shoot, Dreya makes it her mission to make the video shoot, the tv show thats filming it all and everything else about nothing but Drama, Drama, Drama. This book is a must read, but it is the third installment of a growing series. Read the first to books, Not a good look and All the Wrong Moves to see how it all began.
