I'm sure Tekin is referring to the work of Masaru Emoto. He's run some interesting experiments. However, since my last check about a year ago, no one else has been able to reproduce his results, and he has not yet conducted his experiments using double or triple blind procedures. So if you are looking for that sort of proof, it's not conclusive.
