In response, the reason for my strategy to recommend that readers type a specific phrase into a search engine has everything to do with them easily finding LOCAL resources.
For example... finding an Independent Patient Advocate in one's neighborhood is accomplished by typing "Independent Patient Advocate" plus their city and state.
This process saves readers time and energy rather than my advising them to contact the national association of Independent Patient Advocates.
