Hello, I would like to change the cover photo of my book that already exists in goodreads, how can I do that?

Please give more details - which book? Why do you want to change the cover?

My book RÓSA: A thrilling novel with an unexpected twist. The isbn number is: 9789935250407
The book cover that is now is from the Icelandic version of the book. The book cover for the English translation is a bit different and since I am focusing on the English translation now and recently released it on Amazon I would like to have the cover for the English version (otherwise it might be confusing for the reader)

Does the English translation not have a different ISBN to Icelandic edition?

I wanted the books to be separated but your colleague put them as one. And put the review of the English version under the Icelandic one. Are you saying they should appear separately?

So what is wrong wrong with the cover currently displayed for that edition?

Dear Martin, nothing is wrong with that cover, of course not. Currently I am focusing on the English- speaking market and the cover for the book in English is not the same as for the Icelandic book. So if people want to rate me it might be a bit confusing if the cover is different from the one that is in Amazon. That is why I am asking if it is possible to change the cover of the book here in goodreads from the Icelandic cover to the English one. Is that possible?

The cover is the same as on Amazon, people can apply their rating to whichever edition they choose.
We can only add the correct cover for each edition.

If your difficulty is with the cover displayed on your author page you can change that by selecting the edition you want as primary/default edition. You do this on the editing page for the edition you want.

You have asked to have the cover changed on the English edition, it already has the correct cover so cannot be changed.

As you see, the covers are similar but not the same. I would prefer to have it the same as on Amazon. Do you understand me?

Those are two different editions, one is Icelandic and the other English. We can only upload the correct cover for each edition.

Dear Martin, I finally understand you. I am so sorry, I am not a native English speaker and I was not following what you were trying to explain. My brother looked into this for me and explained it for me. So it is all clear now. Thank you very much for all your help and patience.
