Thank you for your honesty Felipe. It’s hard to write a book that suits everyone. I’ve used your review at several speaking engagements to show people that my book can be read in different ways depending on expectations. Thank you for reading The Impossible Journey. The book is named as such as it was a very hard ordeal to accomplish and now, nearly two years since returning home, I’m still trying to recover from it. I may never recover fully.

The focus of the book was about what it took to do something nobody has been able to accomplish before me. And I still remain the only person to have done it. It’s about ambition, people and the adventure. Not your typical travel book for sure.

If it sells well enough then the next book will focus more on people and culture. But to write in depth about every country would make for a very thick book.
