I agree. Personally, I only review books that I like and so give only four- and five-star reviews. Sometimes I encounter a book that is objectively bad. But otherwise, I try to understand what the writer was trying to do, and I assess the book in that light. A "this book sucks" review or rating doesn't help anyone. It hurts the writer and doesn't help a potential reader.
