I literally just finished book one and JUST noticed there is a book 4. But apparently its STILL not out yet. I really wish I would've seen this first. I think I will have to add this to the DNF because like you (and I agree, MANY others). I hate starting a series that isn't finished. I have like 4 of them, now 5, that I was tricked to thinking it was finished to only realize, its not. I wholeheartedly agree with you. This is why I do it, because we fall in love with these characters and are promised by the authors for a completed series by a certain date, only for years to pass while your left on a cliff hanger. I can understand shit in life happening, the author keeping the readers up to date like 'hey its coming but delayed', but when the author is still actively publishing other shit and yet years pass with no ending to a series ... wtf is going on?! I can imagine losing readers and followers for that. Not to mention, writing and publishing a book normally takes time in of itself. Like a year is normal and usually people don't like waiting that long.

I agree for the most part but I wouldn’t recommend starting Lost Daughter of Serial Killer on audiobook because we are STILL waiting on the last one to be released. That’s another thing I’ve noticed is the audiobooks take forever to be released as well. Like I’m still waiting for the Kings of Underland book one to be released on audio. I might be going stir crazy if it weren’t for Pheromone and soon Seminal being released on audio.

Anyone hear is she is ever finishing this series or did she just give up and leave us all hanging?

She wrote a whole entire other series instead of this one book 🥹

As an author, I know why she does it. I also think this is my karma for doing the saaaame thing, so it is absolutely my fault guys. It is because of my karma that the book isn't finished yet. I'm certain of it.

just read all 3 books and then seen this reviews . grr was looking forward to book 4

I have literally forgotten plot and characters at this point. I don’t want to reread so likely will pass on finishing the series which is a shame.

It’s been sooo long since I first read this series that I FORGOT the 4th book was never released. I am one of those people that goes back to read a series when I like the author. I’m so FREAKING FRUSTRATED that I got sucked in AGAIN!!! At this point, I’m weary to read any more of her series which is a damn shame because I really love her writing.

I bought the first 2 when book 2 was released. Today I was like
Ill look to buy 3 and 4 and read them. To see. That it still isn't released
I have taken a break of here for over a year at least

I see people posting in the last month but this book should be out soon. She’s going through some final edits now and I couldn’t be more excited to read it.
