It can be difficult to balance my work and my personal life sometimes. Unlike with a lot of jobs, I don't have set hours or sick days or vacations, so I have to make my own schedule and plan for when I need time off. Sometimes this is a good thing because it means I can take a day off from working without asking anyone, but it can also mean having to work long hours if there are important things that need to get done quickly.
