Can't wait to read it. Thank you again for sharing your talents. Good luck writing it this year and I wish you the best of success in all areas of your life.
Hi Martin...I hope you're well. I loved "Reds In The Beds" every bit as much as the first 4. Are you planning to write a 6th book & potentially continue the series through the 50s until the Garden Of Allah's closure in 1959? The life arc of your characters really rings true and I especially appreciate you weaving in accounts of their experiences among the major events of their time. Thanks again for all your huge effort!
Hey Rich! Nice to hear from you again. I'm glad you liked "Reds in the Beds" so much. What a terrible time to have to live through, huh? So many careers didn't survive - many more than I realized until I started doing my research.
You’ll might be glad to hear that I am already working on book 6, and after that, I have three more planned, as Marcus, Kathryn and Gwendolyn move through the 1950s until we come to the closing of the Garden of Allah, which took place during the summer of 1959. So there’s lots more where that came from!
You're the best! I can't wait to read them. The closing party in book 9 will be a tremendous blowout. Thanks so much for this terrific series!
In actual life, the Garden of Allah's closing night party was one of those legendary Hollywood parties that people talked about for months afterwards. So it seems to me a fitting way to end the series. But let's not get ahead of ourselves - we've first got to negotiate the 1950s!
