I’m thinking of trying to find another mod as the group isn’t very active right now, are you ok with that? I’ll keep all the current mods as mods ofc but I think one more would be helpful

Ugh same 😭😭 (well not those exact stores but like yk the same thing)

And doctors don’t really care when I bring it up (today it was measured on a pulse oximeter thingy so it was really accurate but at night it’s on my watch which is semi accurate)
Idk if I should be asking questions in here since im a mod and stuff and it’s not a huge group but idk 😭😭 so basically I have dysautonomia, and suspected hEDS and MCAS and maybe more, I could also have asthma, idk if that’s related… but anyways, I’ve had these weird blood oxygen drops. I had one today ( I get them like every month or so) and here’s what it was like: I got a stabbing pain in my back where my lungs are and my side also where my lungs are, then I started having a lot of trouble breathing and shortness of breath, and I started to feel kinda dizzy and weak and shaky. My feet were kinda purple. I checked my blood oxygen and it was 80 and stayed like that for a couple minutes then went to 86 and stayed like that for 2-4 minutes and eventually went back up to 90…. My inhaler didn’t help at all.. but yeah that happens randomly a lot and idk why… I also get blood oxygen drops while sleeping every month or so, it usually happens 2-3 nights in a row and my watch shows it as going down to 70 in my sleep… so yeah 😭 ik that can cause brain and organ damage if it keeps happening and idk why it does… so yeah if anyone has any idea of what to do or reasons why that would be great! Tysm <3
I don’t know the exact cause of it, I know it’s related to mast cells though. I likely have it, no diagnosis, but a doctor said I probably do, and yeah. It causes a lot of symptoms, basically everything from gastrointestinal stuff to rashes to h breathing problems, and it’s usually treated by eating a low histamine diet and taking antihistamines (I do both which is reeeeeaaaally annoying lol) and yeah. If you have any questions let me know! I don’t know everything, and I don’t know for certain that I have it but I’ve done a lot of research so I’m fairly knowledgeable
