I agree with you, they made so much changes which made me kind of dissapointed. The most important issue (in my opinion) is that they didn't do justice to the characters. Actually the thing that I liked the most about the books was getting to know each character a little bit more.

As a movie it's good and I liked it better than the first one. It had great acting and it is an okay adaptation, but they made it too short and that was the mistake in my opinion. All the changes were because it lasted too little. I seriously don't mind if a movie last 2 and a half hours or more.
