My cat's name is actually Oliver, but ever since I started reading The Dresden Files last year, I started calling him 'Mister' (non-fans, that's Harry D's cat). XD Now my parents call him Mister too. Also, not sure if this counts, but I named my mom's car Bianca (vampire from The Dresden Files) and my dad's Leansidhe (evil fea from The Dresden Files).

Yeah, you're right. My bad.

There are one or two points that I don't understand, but I think it's because I'm from..."
Thanks. :)
Crown Victorias are these ugly Fords, they use them as police cars a lot.
High-beams are just brighter head lights (cop cars usually have them) and the 'public enemy number 1' thing IS from Iron Maiden. I'm glad somebody noticed.
I may be posting this in the creative writing archive at some point, haven't decided.

I'm not even sure why I left that night.
My friends were all busy, mom was checked-out as usual.
I just wanted to be alone with my thoughts.
Just for a little while.
I was blinded by the high-beams on the Crown Victoria.
"Hands up! Someone yelled. "Hands up where I can see them!"
A girl, an innocent girl who had never hurt anyone in her life, had been murdered.
I sat beside two officers, petrified with fear, as I watched the girl's older brother give a description of the killer.
"Some big broad. Must've been my height. Taller, maybe. Really long hair, wearin' all black."
I looked down at my clothes.
My black hoodie had 'PUBLIC ENEMY NUMBER 1' written across the chest. My jeans were black. My high-tops were monochrome black. My hair (it's been described as the color of rust) fell to my chest.
I looked up at the younger, kinder officer. Bane.
"It doesn't look good for you, Ree."
My name is Rhiannon Lissle, but if you call me Rhiannon, you better run fast.
I'm a lot of things. Some things I don't want to admit to being. Some things I'm not ready to admit to being.
But one thing I am not is a killer.
