Hi EveryoneRuthz's book is "The Pink Dolphin Tale" which she has lowered to 0.99.

PLease post in the other section when you have bought the book so that she can raise the price back up. Thanks!
Hi GuysThings are getting a bit messy as we reach the home stretch. Oh well.
I should be receiving all your reviews of Jim's book tomorrow, and I was holding off on starting on Ruthz's book until everything else is complete.
However, I think what we'll do is just go on and start Ruthz's book and then whatever's left over can be tidied up in due course.
I don't have internet at home so I'm just going online every 2 or 3 days (I recommend it!) so it's difficult for me to keep on top of things if I have to chase people up for late reviews. Hope you guys can make my life easy!
Ruthz, how about we start your book on Monday? If that's OK, could you tell us the title and let us know when it's 0.99.
Thanks!
Have a great weekend everyone.
The plan is for this to continue, maybe after a week's break (after we've done Ruthz's book). So feel free to join in in a couple of weeks when we start a new cycle. Also if anyone has read any good books recently and thinks the author might be interested in this group, feel free to invite them to join us. Maybe we can get up to ten members.
Hi guys, I think we'll have a little delay to catch up before starting on Ruthz's book, which will be the last one for this cycle.
That's the first week complete. Yay!Loren, you should see your reviews being posted over the next few days. If there are any 4-star or lower reviews, the group member will check with you first to see if you want it posted or not.
I'm interested to know where you got the idea for your story. If you'd like to share here, maybe the others would like to hear too. (I bet everyone wants to know if you're a huge solitaire fan!)
Please email me reviews before Sunday.I'll post reviewers' names here as I receive their reviews (so if there's any delay, I don't get blamed!)
If anyone has a special agreement with an author that a review will be delivered late, please let me know.
Tim wrote: "I was wondering...what is the word count for the 250 pages you're talking about?"Hi Tim
Take a look here and you'll see it shows the length as 109 pages:

Whatever the word count is for that book, double it and add a bit and that will be 250 pages.
This is just a place for me to list who's taking part each cycle. Add your name below or message me to confirm.Confirmed names so far:
Neil, Jim, Tim, Cy, Loren, Ruthz
Hi RachelThanks for your response.
I was thinking about a way around this, and thinking maybe if A buys B's book for a dollar, then B buys A's book for 2 dollars, then A can reimburse B with a gift certificate for 50 cents, etc. But it might get complicated, especially as there will be ten people to juggle each time.
I think the best way is just to go ahead and for authors of expensive books to lower the price for a day if they can, but if not possible, just accept that we might not all be spending exactly the same amount as each other.
But for the most part it will be less than the cost of a cup of coffee in Starbucks once a week, so not a great expense, and at least some of that total expense will come back when an author's turn comes around and everyone else buys their book.
I don't anticipate having a list of books to review at the beginning. Once an author's name is drawn out of the hat for that week, I think the best way is for that author to post or email the other members to say what book or books he/she wants them to review. In that way, the author can even divide up reviewers for different books if he/she wants to (e.g. 6 people review this book and 4 people review that book).
I guess after we get going we'll find a few snags and as we do, I'm sure we'll find a way around them.
As soon as we get enough members, we'll begin.
Regards
Neil
