Daniel’s comments from the philosophical novel group group.

Do you dig so-called philosophical novels? I mean books such as "The Moviegoer" (my personal favourite), "The Sun Also Rises", "East of Eden", "Under the Net", "Blindness", "The Power and the Glory", etc.

These tend to be the most satisfying reads for me, but it can be hard to discover which novels are of this type. I'd love suggestions!
