The bullying part with Paige reminds me a part In my book, iBoy. Tom had gotten bullied by the gang kids. When Tom was struck with the iPhone, he had a massive scar across his face. News got around the projects about his injury when Tom was in the hospital. When Tom got back to his apartment building, the kids around the building called him rude names and make fun of him by calling him "iBoy" and other cruel names.

iBoy , is a fiction book about a teenage boy named Tom Harvey getting super powers from a iPhone. Tom lives in the projects of London. The projects is a dark, scary and filled with crime and trouble at almost every corner. One day, Tom went to a friends house, when suddenly a iPhone came crashing into his skull. Tom learns that he now has new powers from the peaces of iPhone in that is implanted in his brain. He will soon go after the local gangs in the projects to defend his family and friend.
