Power: mind control cards/chips(can look like playing cards)
Villain name: the mad hatter
Personality: hyper, happy and childish but rly cute!! He likes to act like a child a lot without noticing however he has a dark side too where he is serious, smart and unpredictable.
He loves Alice in wonderland and believes he is the mad hatter who is always looking for Alice (in the comics I think many inmates believed he was a bit of a pedo at times however this was never confirmed ...I hope)
He can also have scitzo episodes which can make him like that.
He gets along best with Edward/riddler and Jonathan/scarecrow
He became a villain when he fell in love with someone called Alice but she was already going out with someone and he was unable to control his emotions so created mind control which all resulted in batman sending him to arkham.(watch the batman tas epicode)
