In a world where reality often seems stranger than fiction, dystopian novels have a unique way of resonating with readers. These books, though set in fictional futures or alternative realities, often mirror our current societal issues and anxieties. Here are some dystopian novels that feel eerily relevant today.https://hellionsbooknook.wordpress.co...
Why do puzzle books captivate us so deeply? Perhaps it’s the thrill of the chase, the intellectual challenge, or the satisfaction of uncovering secrets. Puzzle books engage our curiosity and analytical minds, making us active participants in the story. They transform reading from a passive activity into an interactive experience, where every twist and turn offers a new piece of the puzzle. https://hellionsbooknook.wordpress.co...

Yeah I had a lot of negative comments as well especially since my novel revolves around vampires which publishers feel is something that has been over played. The best way to deal with things like this ( in my opinion) is to tell yourself that not everyone will love your work. Those who do are gifts - they are the reason we hang in there.
And yeah if bad publicity encouraged your ratings and brought you exposure it's a bonus. I always say any exposure is good exposure - bad or good.
