I'll have to look to see if the district of three is already chosen yet or not, but yes, anyone can make a mentor or stylist.

No problem

You make Mentors in the Make a Mentor thread in the Capitol category. When you are a mentor you can post in the stylists corner for events and such.

When Lexi got up they looked at her. "Your family has odd luck, no?" they said, as a very ill-joke... they then turned to the audience. "Lexi Rivers and Patterson Holmes will be our tributes for District 7!"

Once the tribute was on the stage the announcer walked over to the crystal ball on the other side of the stage and pulled out a name and read it loud enough for the audience to hear. "Lexi Rivers." She said and then allowed a moment for a chance for a tribute to come forth.

The announcer introduced the mentor(s) for district 7 and then went to the crystal ball with the male names in it before saying aloud for everyone to hear. "Patterson Holmes." they said and then allowed a short timeframe in which a volunteer had a chance to come forth.

Okay, I'll take your suggestion. :) It's a good way to get things going a bit more..

They introduced the mentor(s) for district 12 and walked over to the Boys' glass ball and tentivaly took out a name before saying it for the audience to hear. "Ash VanDel." The name was read and then there was a pause to see if a volunteer would come forth.

I did? *looks* Oh... That's what happens when I try to do things less than an hour and a half after I wake up.....

The person gave a plastic smile and placed the male beside them before walking over to the glass ball of female names. They grabbed a slip and announced the name, "Rosalie Drey!" They then waited to see if someone would step forward in Rosalie's place.

After introducing the mentor(s) for District 5 the one who will announce the tributes walked over to the glass ball with the boys' names in them and announced the name that was pulled out. "Ryder Way!" they watched to see if a volunteer would come forth.

"Thank you for your sacrifice." They said with a fake friendliness that was as thin as an eggshell, and clear as water. Then they turned to the glass ball which held the girls' names. taking out a paper the name was read. "Jade Petrova." There was a moment of silence in case of someone volunteering in Jade's place. When no one stepped up they nodded. "Jade Petrova and Aaron Black will be our tributes for District Four!" The already known information was announced. (Jade was the only female so it was default.)
