This means being aware of how you talk to people and the tone that can come across (especially in a text-based format, where we can't see body language or facial expressions, so all we have to go off of is each other's words) and doing your best to not be abrasive, antagonistic, or hurtful.

Decision Making Will Fall to the Organizers
What this means is that there are some things that the organizers (Helen, Paul, and Kat) will decide on their own. A lot of things will be done with votes or opinions taken into account - it's why we did the survey! - but there are some things, like covers, that can't be done on a committee basis.

Participate to the Best of Your Abilities
What this means is to show up to meetings as often as you can, and participate online in the group if you can't. If you want to be part of the anthologies, for example, we need to be able to get your money to you, and that means that we need you to attend meetings.
