III. Limit the powerplaying and godmodding.

IV. If you die, you die. You are allowed to create a new character, however.

V. Ask a moderator before starting a new topic.

VI. You're only allowed three characters unless told otherwise by a moderator.

Penalty depends on severity. You are expected to accept your consequence
in silence. Arguing or complaining only worsens the situation for you.
