2)Respect-- EVERYONE. Does this really need to be layed out? Respect toward others is the key to obtaining respect from others.
3)Don't spam in places where it doesn't fit in. It's okay if it's quick questions, but not insanely long questions, nor conversations. Either take it to a Chat, or be banned.
