Hello there, fast one; I hope you're having a great day and will be having a wonderful evening!

Hello there Bonny Girl. We are enjoying a prolonged communal common cold that requires ooopins of medicinal wine and a fire stacked halfway up the chimney. Hope you are limbering up your lips ready....
xx

... and seeing as I am always tripping over the dog...

We have both had a dreadful 2011 so let us endeavour to make 2012 a really excellent twelve months of unnecessarily well-endowed good fortune. Us, and a third dear friend here on GoodReads...
Hello Ladies! Your piccies are spectacular. I am hoping (really, I am!) for a much better 2012 than 2011. I won't get all teary-eyed; but, honestly, I believe we all deserve unnecessarily well-endowed good fortune and the best of luck every day.

Hello Wanda - how lovely to welcome you to the tête a tête and you bring such lovely pictures with you. I would have to revise the # of GoodRead friends who have a had a notsogood 2011.
No names no pack-drill
... however I am now thinking five. But no-one need wallow, we shall have a metaphorical knees up together xxxxxxxxxxxx
Wow, this list is a huge mess. I'm baffled by the addition of seemingly hundreds of books with no holiday in the title. If anyone has some extra time, it could sure use a clean up.
Whew! I just went through the entire list and think I got rid of all the books with no holidays in the title. I ignored the ones not in English because I didn't know and didn't have time to run each of them through Google Translate. There are a lot of books with the word "holiday" itself in the title. I left those alone, but should they count for the purposes of this list?
Rainbowheart wrote: "There are a lot of books with the word "holiday" itself in the title. I left those alone, but should they count for the purposes of this list?..."I think so, as the list is called 'holidays' (I voted for some, anyway). But that's just me :-)
There's just one cookbook on my list of seven: Rijst à la Minute : 25 recepten voor thuis of op vakantie (because the last word means 'holidays' in English) 😁
Holy spammy mcspammers! Thanks for the heads up, Mavis. Looks like a team of spammers was adding dozens of self-pubbed cookbooks to the list. I went ahead and removed them. Think I got them all. Let me know if you see any still there.
