I sleep with my LED lights on at the darkest one or i have like a little light in my room i leave on so if i have to get up i don't trip
Anytime there’s even a semblance of light in my room at night while I sleep, I wake up with a headache.
I have to use a fan noise to sleep, the silence is just too deafening…but I have to have darkness. Complete. Darkness.
Occasionally I will doze off while an audio book is playing but that's rare
