Would love to read Susanna Clarke's "Jonathan Strange & Mr Norrell" with the community. Beautiful new Bloomsbury edition: 9781526681553. R. F. Kuang said in a blurb that it's the book she wished she'd written, which makes me even more excited. (I want to watch the TV series, too!)

Some great picks this month! I’ve read Hour of the Witch — it was dark and atmospheric. I’m curious about Weyward, I’ve heard it blends faith and history in an interesting way.
I would like to read Weyward. The storylines look absorbing, and after the 'read a sample' ended, I wanted to keep reading; always a good sign. And if Vasyl is correct about the blending of faith and history... well, that's a winner for me!
I love Russian history. I even finished War and Peace, years ago. I always told my history students that Russian history is not for the timid.
