I was going to vote for Bad Family but it does not appear to be in digital copy yet. I have it on excellent and totally reliable information that Simone Trojahn is capable of rocking your "Extreme Horror" world. She doesn't just WRITE about the dark side of life she knows the dark sides of life. What does she write??? Terrifying, realistic, profoundly ruthless fiction. I expect eveyone is going to vote for a Kindle Book. I just want the members of one of my two favorite clubs (love them both) to be aware of Simone Trojahn. They are translating her work expediently.

I had trouble voting but wanted to vote for Cottonmouth Kin 2 the Prequel for Kealan Patrick Burke's popular Southern gothic horror novel about a cannibalistic backwoods clan. He manipulated the POV to interestingly reflect the perspectives of the murdering clan and their ruthless psychotic leader. Burke is a Bram Stoker Award Winning Author (and a talented artist). In 2012 Kin was published to an enthusiastic audience and it was called A Modern Classic
Hi FranWeird, good to see you participating!! I have read little by Stuart Bray and will certainly look up your choice and see what it is about. Meanwhile just happy you are reading with us, period.
Thank you! I know I've been MIA for a while. I'll be honestly happy to read any of these but I'm hoping the one I voted for wins. I haven't read anything by Stuart Bray but I will say I'm intrigued
Interested in Cottonmouth, has anyone already read and know where in Tennessee the story is set? It mentions moonshine so I'm guessing East TN (my kin and I are from West TN, so my curiosity is piqued).
I've not read it but I did check out the Kindle sample on Amazon. Chapter One says "Monroe County". SE TN.
