Now that's a toughy. I'm tempted to say Gomez and Morticia Addams. I loved the Addams family as a kid. It was their quirkiness, their different but very obvious moral code and their love for one another. In traditional fiction, I'm going to go with Edmond Dantes and Mercedes from the Count of Monte Christo. It's one of those love stories you hope resolves itself outside the covers of the book - one day.
