What mystery in your own life could be a plot for a book?

Kim Golden When I was a kid, I nearly drowned. Some older kids were horsing around at the pool and two of them held me under water and wouldn't let me go. At some point, I sank to the bottom of the pool but no one noticed. Somehow I managed to get to the surface again and pull myself out of the pool. I kept asking who did it, but no one ever admitted it. I always thought I would incorporate it into a book, but I haven't yet. Maybe I will write a murder mystery one of these days... :)
