I just finished "What I Talk About When I Talk About Running" by Haruki Murakami, which -- as someone who writes novels and runs marathons -- I found very enjoyable/"relatable," but I think would offer insight to anyone trying to find a place for art (and maybe any kind of physical exercise) in their life.
