Linda Davies I read an article about ARk Storm 1000, the simulation of the huge atmospheric river storm that historically hits California approximately every 200 years, and is due again....

And, when I was living in the desert, I experienced first hand the effects of a man-made technology which made it rain. Not cloud seeding, but something much more advanced, and much more scary!
