Without a doubt, it would be to visit Lady Galadriel in Lothlorien in Middle Earth. I would arrive before all left for The Grey Havens, and before Frodo arrived on his fateful mission to Mordor. There I would don elvish robes, eat at an elvish table, and listen to elvish lore until it was time to return from whence I came.
