Loved the book! What has become of Kitzer? Is he still living?

David Howard Hi Lisa, sorry to be so slow to reply to this. Kitzer passed away at the age of 68 in 2001, which isn't surprising because of how hard he lived, but is still a shame because he would've been fascinating to meet in person. Thanks for your question, and I'm happy to hear you enjoyed the book.
