Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Mark Brownless I'd just written some fan fiction, so felt like i was in the 'zone'. I just started to write a conversation between two characters - who became my main character, cardiologist, Tom Boyand and his psychologist colleague, Bob Weiberg. They were talking about deja vu following a near death experience and the whole idea and story for the book grew from that conversation - which still exists in the finished novel.
